Ingredients:
For the Chicken Tenders:
2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup cornstarch (for extra crispiness)
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp baking powder
½ cup water (adjust as needed)
Oil for frying

Instructions:
1) Prepare the batter: Mix flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and baking powder. Add water gradually until you get a thick batter.
2) Coat the chicken: Dip the chicken strips into the batter and let excess drip off.
3) Fry until golden: Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry chicken for 5–7 minutes or until crispy and golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
